HEALING INFORMATION


Do you use additives, artificial colors, or refined sugars in your products?

Of course not! We believe that additives, artificial colors, and especially refined sugars do not provide nutritional value. We believe that labels/ingredients should be understood by anyone. All our products are sweetened with non-toxic substances.

Do you have allergies or are you avoiding certain ingredients?

Some of our products such as sachets and spreads contain nuts and seeds; the ingredient list in each packing, show you in detail which ones contain.The allergens they may contain will be highlighted.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

All our products are suitable for vegetarians, vegans, and raw vegans. Let me tell you that it is a great option for diabetics. In each product  packaging, you can see if that product is suitable for your type of diet.

SHIPPING AND CONFIRMATIONS

What is the waiting time?

Your Monchys are on the way, and since we don't want to keep you waiting, orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days as soon as we receive notice of your purchase and payment confirmation.

If the shipment is to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, or countries that do not belong to the European Union, your order will be delivered between 7 and 10 business days.

Order confirmation

Once we send the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding invoice, a tracking number, and a link that will allow you to track your purchase on our own website.

Exceptional periods

Shipments may be delayed up to 7 business days (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Sales, Easter, and the entire month of August).

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it. If you want to update the address, please send us a note at hi@monchytogo.com as soon as possible so that we can try to do it for you.

What is the shipping cost?

You don't reach the minimum for free shipping? 

No problem, our shipping costs are super reasonable. In general, shipping costs vary depending on the location and weight of the package, but we always work hard to find the best possible rates.

Price list

Orders with an island logistics operator for the Canary Islands

Purchases made from the Canary Islands are subject to the payment of taxes, which vary depending on the value of the goods. The payment (in cash or by card) of these will be made by the customer to the carrier at the time of delivery.

On orders over €150, the final customer must pay DUA + AIEM + IGIC, the price of which will depend on the decision from Customs.

Orders under €150, the final customer pays AIEM at the time of delivery if applicable.

For countries such as the United Kingdom or Switzerland that require customs inspection, shipments are made DAP. The price you see on the screen includes transportation from your origin address to your buyer's address at the destination, except for import customs clearance. Therefore, the only responsibility a buyer has when negotiating in DAP shipping terms is to agree with a customs broker to handle the customs clearance for the import.
